We need professional all-rounders who can cut, colour, wash, dry, shave and all other typical salon services for men and women. All spa therapists, beauticians, spa managers, hair dressers et cetera are undergoing training in Serena Spa’s unique treatments and procedures. We need inspired people who can not only train in existing treatments and procedures, but who can also participate in new developments. Our training centre is located in Mangalore, Karnataka, but we also need travelling trainers who can visit our spa locations for recurrent training and quality control.
The first point of contact for a Spa Guest must be a smiling and competent person who can help finding the right spa experience and the right time to book. The Spa receptionist will also be involved in duty roster planning, billing, payment collection and other technical and administrative functions.
